"O.Kheir is an excellent agent, to say the least. Trying to buy property when you do not live in the area can be extra stressful, however, O. makes it very easy. His knowledge of the area is bar none! We live in N.Y. and have only traveled to Daytona once since we began our search in September. Before leaving for the trip, we researched quite a few different agents and we decided to go with O.Kheir. We were impressed by his recommendations, track record, and his philanthropy in the Daytona area. We emailed him to set an appointment & he responded in less than 15 minutes. He was more than accommodating to our busy schedule & made the most of our short weekend visit. We had our heart set on a particular complex but the manager had said they do not allow showings on the weekend. At first we were discouraged, we were leaving on Sunday & really wanted to view the property. The next morning O. called us with excellent news! He had gotten us an appointment to view the property even though it was a Sunday. We viewed a good variety of properties & went home to make a decision.
We decided on a short sale unit and anyone who has dealt with a short sale knows that there is nothing short about it! Someone else had put in a bid on our chosen unit & we had become discouraged again. We thought it was 'back to the drawing board' but O. did not lose faith, he suggested we put in a back up offer. He stayed in contact with the selling agent & once again called us with great news 3 weeks later that our bid was being considered. It has been a 5 month process but O has been on top of it every step of the way. He kept us posted every week & took care of everything for us. He made the process easy!! I honestly feel that I would NOT have had the same experience with a different agent.
